In order to implement Humy's actions as defined by the Board of Directors, a team of passionate employees puts a lot of energy into them every day.

Passionate about the issues raised by environmental conservation and the protection of biodiversity, Jean-Marc created HUMY. His in-depth knowledge of the issues, deep commitment, courage, determination and relentless tenacity have enabled him to build up a network of effective partners, supporting over 120 projects since 2006. At HUMY, Jean-Marc is responsible for development and partner relations.
Fascinated by nature since childhood, Vincent turned his passion into a profession by following a training course in environmental protection. Today, he is an ecologist specializing in ornithology, as well as a photographer.
He believes that it is impossible to dissociate humanitarian action and the preservation of nature. That's why he joined Humy, bringing his expertise in ecosystem conservation and assessment.

A professional photographer, Thomas has traveled extensively and quickly became interested in the ethnic minorities he photographed. By getting close to them, by rubbing shoulders with them, he became interested in their way of life, interdependent with nature. Sensitive to environmental protection and the living conditions of isolated populations, he became involved with NGOs working to protect them and the nature that surrounds them, and joined HUMY, of which he is now president.
A volunteer since 2019, Apolline is currently co-responsible for art-related events at Humy. With a master's degree in audiovisual and event production, she is a production manager in an independent company and puts her project management and communication skills to work for the association. Close to nature and sensitive to the environmental and human causes supported by Humy, she was keen to join its board of directors.

Sophie has over fifteen years' experience in designing, piloting and monitoring communication and advocacy strategies and campaigns in the field of international solidarity. She currently works for Les Amis du Fonds Mondial Europe, a global health advocacy association, and has also worked for Coalition PLUS, an alliance of community associations fighting AIDS, and Survival International (France), a global movement for the rights of indigenous peoples, a cause particularly close to her heart.
William is committed to environmental issues and animal protection. Sensitive to concrete actions to preserve biodiversity, he discovered Humy in 2023 and had the opportunity to travel to Benin to observe the association's field projects. Convinced of the importance of a long-term commitment, he naturally joined the board of directors. As a web developer, he will be able to support the association in improving its digital projects.

Monique, an architect, urban planner and sociologist, has always been interested in cultural diversity. For the past twenty years, she has been working on how to take cultural identities into account in the field of housing and development, with an operational focus. In this context, she has produced a number of landmark works on the French overseas territories, some of which have been published by Unesco and L'Harmattan.
